Yang, S, Black, K. Using the standard Wald confidence interval for a population proportion hypothesis test is a common mistake. Teaching Statistics. 2019; 41: 65– 68. https://doi-org.lbs.idm.oclc.org/10.1111/test.12184
Still some questions
Why the statistic for proportion test is normally distributed? (or other distribution)
- When using $p_0$, it makes sense to me under Central Limit Theorem.
